Fish & chip special with gravy £5.50 takeaway Sausage & chip special with curry sauce £4.00 takeaway. Freshly cooked & piping hot. Sat in the precinct area outside in the sun.

Found this chip shop online when stopping off to see family and being coeliac, this looked perfect. Online it offers haddock & chips but i phoned through and asked for gluten free cod & chips and was absolutely not a problem. I wentvto collect it and they couldn't have been more helpful. He even remembered my name which was nice. He said they've been doing gluten free for 12 years was is brilliant. I even got a hug from a very friendly customer. Portion sizes were huge and were lovely. Would definitely recommend. Thank you very much guys. Will definitely be back next time we're visiting.

it was really good and It was only £6.00! I'd give it 9/10 though. Batter was a bit overdone, and I had a few bones in my fillet (can't remember having bones in my fish for years). Good value though.

Have to say it's impressive. At one time we wouldn't eat at Scalinis as oil always stank and it was filthy. It was a real pleasure to eat there great service warm welcome and the food was hot, tasty and presented nicely

Great team of staff.... Great food ,, juicy and very thick fish steak,,, cod, and haddock, and plenty more, including a nice English breakfast they also do all day...
